If your boomerangs are not publishing your StoriCam is either offline (not connected to the internet) or the storage is full on the iPad.
NO INTERNET:
1) Please make sure you are connected to the internet, if you are connected and have ran a speed test, turn off the WIFI and turn it back on.
2) Shut down the app and open it again (DO NOT LOG OUT OF THE APP)
3) Go back into the admin of the StoriCam app and press the green refresh button.
Give it up to 10minutes to begin publishing content. If the pending transfer number does not begin to decline, make sure that the device storage is not full. See below:
STORAGE IS FULL:
1) Go into the photo gallery of the iPad, delete all past videos or pictures. Make sure you empty the trash bin. Restart the iPad so the operating system can register the new storage.
2) Go back into the admin of the StoriCam app and press the green refresh button.
Give it up to 10minutes to begin publishing content. If the pending transfer number does not begin to decline, contact support.
